Refund & Exchange Policy
At NDHC, we are committed to delivering premium-quality luxury hair extensions.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges only under strict conditions outlined below.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The hair must not be installed, worn, washed, brushed, altered, or treated in any way.
- The hair must remain in its original condition with all ties and packaging intact.
- The product must not show any signs of handling beyond initial inspection.
- The hair must not be removed from its protective ties.
Hair extensions must be thoroughly inspected before installation. Once the product has been installed, altered, or worn, it is considered accepted and is no longer eligible for exchange.
For hygiene reasons, any product that has been tried on, handled excessively, altered, or installed cannot be exchanged.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Email us at contact@nextdimensionhairandco.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the product in its original condition.
- Wait for written approval before sending the product back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked and insured postage, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Once received and inspected, we will process your approved exchange.
