At NDHC (Next Dimension Hair & Co), we are committed to dispatching your order promptly and securely.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Courier delays
  • Peak periods
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Weather events or unforeseen disruptions

NDHC is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier.


Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier service.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost parcels marked as delivered
  • Stolen parcels after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Customs fees, duties, or import taxes

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.


International Orders (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country.

NDHC is not responsible for customs delays.


Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, you must contact us immediately after placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.


Lost or Damaged Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging and product

We will assess the situation and advise on next steps.
