1. Overview

This website is operated by NDHC (Next Dimension Hair & Co). By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, including all policies referenced herein.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Refund & Exchange Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Product Nature & Acceptance

All products sold by NDHC are premium human hair extensions.

Due to the natural characteristics of human hair:

  • Slight variations in shade and texture may occur.
  • Screen displays may affect colour appearance.
  • Results vary based on installation and aftercare.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate shade, length, and product prior to purchase.

Hair extensions must be carefully inspected before installation. Once installed, altered, worn, washed, brushed, or treated in any way, the product is considered accepted.

3. Refund & Exchange Conditions

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, NDHC does not offer refunds.

Exchanges are accepted strictly under the conditions outlined in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The hair must not be installed, worn, washed, brushed, altered, or chemically treated.
  • The hair must be returned in its original condition.
  • The product must show no signs of handling beyond reasonable inspection.

As our packaging is button-secured and can be re-fastened, packaging condition alone does not determine eligibility. All returned items undergo a physical inspection upon receipt.

If we determine that the hair has been handled, worn, installed, altered, or compromised in any way, the exchange request will be denied.

NDHC reserves full discretion to assess product condition to ensure hygiene and quality standards are maintained.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

4. Installation & Third-Party Disclaimer

NDHC is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation
  • Damage caused by stylists or third parties
  • Chemical processing after purchase
  • Incorrect aftercare or maintenance
  • Individual reactions or sensitivities

All installation is done at the customer’s own discretion and risk.

5. Shipping & Risk Transfer

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Once an order is dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier provider.

NDHC is not liable for courier delays, lost parcels once marked delivered, customs delays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NDHC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
